Starting small will help you to ease into things so that the tech you are using doesn’t overwhelm you right away.

Stay Calm

Which tech problems can be frustrating, it’s important to stay calm and not allow yourself to get too angry while you are troubleshooting. Throwing your computer or phone across the room won’t help anything and definitely will not lower your stress levels. Actually, reacting with anger or high levels of stress can make your problems even worse. Take deep breaths, and if you feel your blood pressure starting to rise, take a break and try again later or ask for help.

Be Open To Change

Being open to change and evolving with the times is a much better mindset to have and will help you in the long run  to get better at using all the tech around you.
